    Kim O’Malley is a Leadership Development Specialist and Program Design Consultant with 20 years of experience designing and delivering purpose driven leadership programs in a wide range of settings. Kim specializes in helping leaders develop their team and organizational cultures. She uses the design thinking process to carefully craft and customize trainings, presentations and toolkits to be responsive to the needs and assets of the communities she serves.

    Jon is an innovative business leader who has has been involved with numerous organizations including Outward Bound, Sierra Club and REI. Jon specializes in operational excellence, systems design and development, creative brand actualization, staff training and engagement, customer experience, product innovation, risk management, and making ideas tangible.
